SnapLogic is the industry’s first unified data and application integration platform as a service (iPaaS). Our hybrid cloud architecture is powered by 300+ Snaps, which are pre-built integration components that simplify and automate complex enterprise integration patterns and processes. Funded by leading venture investors, including Andreessen Horowitz and Ignition Partners, and co-founded by Gaurav Dhillon, the SnapLogic Elastic Integration Platform enables leading enterprises to connect faster and gain a better return on their cloud application and big data investments.
SnapLogic closes Series A financing and Informatica co-founder Gaurav Dhillon named CEO. Andreessen Horowitz and Maples Investments lead the first outside financing round for SnapLogic.
SnapLogic pioneered the concept of a “SnapStore” that allows developers to build and deliver custom prebuilt connectors, called Snaps using our Snap Developer Kit (SDK). Today SnapLogic has 300+ Snaps available and we release updated and new Snaps monthly.
Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. The company focuses on delivering a new model for enterprise hybrid cloud integration, bringing together on-premise and cloud-based data and providing dramatic reductions in cost and implementation time.
A result of research and development started in 2009 at SnapLabs, this technology — called SnapReduce — is the first to enable easy connection and reliable big data integration between business applications, cloud services, social media and Hadoop.
SnapLogic raises $20 Million in Series C venture funding led by Ignition Partners. This round of funding fuels the development of the Elastic Integration platform.
Next generation integration platform as a service (iPaaS) introduced for the era of “1,000 Apps in the Enterprise.” With Elastic Integration, citizen developers can now self-serve integration, while IT can curate and control access points.
Hybrid cloud and big data connectivity platform speeds and simplifies modern enterprise data management to capitalize on a $500 billion market opportunity. In 2014, SnapLogic also announced big data integration certifications for Cloudera and Hortonworks and continued momentum for the Elastic Integration Platform.
SnapLogic announced its ranking as a Market Leader in the Ovum Decision Matrix: Selecting an Integration PaaS (iPaaS) Solution, 2015-2016. The report highlighted SnapLogic’s strengths in scalability and comprehensive cloud and hybrid integration capabilities and big data integration.
SnapLogic delivers 3-4 major updates to the Elastic Integration Platform each year, with more frequent Snap updates. In the Spring of 2015, we introduced IoT support with MQTT Snaps. In the Summer, we introduced new self-service features for advanced and citizen integrators.
The Fall 2015 release adds new capabilities for big data integration including Spark data processing, a new Snap for Cassandra and support for Microsoft Cortana Analytics, enabling customers to easily build pipelines that orchestrate and transform data using the frameworks of their choice.
“SnapLogic is one of the few vendors that provides support for various big data integration use cases via the same platform used for cloud application and data integration.”
