Gaurav Dhillon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
An early investor in SnapLogic, Gaurav joined as CEO in 2009 when he saw the tremendous potential for the company's cloud and on-premise integration products, strategy, and unique business model. Gaurav has spearheaded the rapid growth of the company and manages its financing, products, strategic relationships, and operations.
As the former CEO of Informatica Corporation, (Nasdaq; INFA) a silicon valley company that he co-founded in 1992, Gaurav feels that there is more to be accomplished in connecting companies' applications and data sources. He should know; as he was Informatica's first employee, and CEO for more than 12 years, where he led Informatica from a startup idea to a leading software enterprise with customers and operations around the world. His tenure at Informatica included the initial company launch, its successful IPO, and expansion to Europe and Asia. He was the leading figure in developing alliances with major technology players, ultimately forging a broad acceptance of the vision he pioneered in the software industry. Prior to Informatica Gaurav held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.
Spencer Punter
Chief Financial Officer
Spencer came to SnapLogic with 20 years of finance and investment experience in Silicon Valley. Before joining SnapLogic, Spencer was a Managing Director at Capital Dynamics, a leading global asset management firm, where he led the US venture capital program and west coast operations. Before Capital Dynamics, Spencer co-founded and served in senior leadership roles at two venture backed start ups. Spencer served as a partner or senior investment professional at three leading venture capital firms -- Bay Partners, Bowman Capital and Integral Capital Partners, which was an early backer of Informatica. He began his career as a technology investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Volpe, Welty & Co. Spencer serves on the Board of Directors and on the audit committee of NanoH2O, a supplier of products to the water desalination market. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard University.
Niraj Nagrani
Vice President of Product Management and Strategy
Niraj Nagrani, brings to SnapLogic over 18 years of experience in engineering, product management and strategy in Enterprise Cloud Software. He has successfully built and lead engineering and product management teams for both early stage enterprise software startups and high growth Iaas/Saas/Paas cloud businesses within larger organizations. Before SnapLogic, Niraj led the Microsoft Windows Azure and O365 Cloud services engineering team to define, architect, package and launch cloud Paas and Saas services. Before Microsoft, Niraj was the 3rd employee at Interwoven. He lead the engineering team to architect, develop and ship multiple web products, growing Interwoven into an enterprise software category leader. Niraj has also held a variety of engineering positions at Oracle and Cap Gemini. Niraj holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in Finance & Strategy, MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S in Electronic engineering.
Andrea Eubanks de Jounge
Vice President of Marketing
Andrea Eubanks de Jounge, an enterprise software industry veteran, joins the executive management team bringing extensive experience building product awareness through development of high-impact marketing programs. Andrea previously held management positions at several enterprise software companies, including VMware, Oracle, Macromedia Inc. (now Adobe), BEA Systems (now Oracle) and TIBCO. Most recently she served as the vice president of marketing for cloud application platform provider Heroku, which was acquired by Salesforce.com in early 2011. Andrea began her career as an analyst for IBM and went on to hold marketing positions at Oracle for over six years. She holds an MBA from Columbia University in finance and technology.
Ediz Ertekin
Vice President Field Operations
Ediz is Vice President of Distribution, Europe and heads SnapLogic's European operations. Ediz is a specialist in building sales and service operations and has quickly developed a team to grow SnapLogic's footprint in Europe. Most recently he was General Manager and Vice President at Verix where worked with enterprise clients to develop sophisticated predictive analytic, monitoring and alerting solutions. He brings extensive integration and data management experience from his five year tenure as founding VP Sales Europe for Informatica, where he was the first European employee.
Ediz holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Ben Horowitz
Ben Horowitz is a co-founder and general partner of the venture capital fund, Andreessen Horowitz. Ben was a co-founder and CEO of Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by HP in 2007, and Horowitz was appointed vice president and general manager of Business Technology Optimization for Software at HP. Earlier, he was vice president and general manager of America Online’s E-commerce Platform division, where he oversaw development of the company's flagship Shop@AOL service. Previously, Horowitz ran several product divisions at Netscape Communications. Horowitz also served as vice president of Netscape's widely acclaimed Directory and Security product line. Before joining Netscape in July 1995, he held various senior product marketing positions at Lotus Development Corporation.
Frank Artale
Frank Artale is a managing partner at Ignition, joining the firm in 2011 after a 26-year career in the software industry. He most recently served as group vice president, business development at Citrix Systems, where he was responsible for all aspects of Citrix's business development with software and hardware technology partners.
Frank joined Citrix from XenSource, where he was responsible for strategic marketing and business development. Prior to XenSource, Artale was a founder and CEO of Consera Software, a management-software company, which was acquired by Hewlett-Packard in 2004. Before founding Consera, Frank was vice president of the Windows Solutions Group for VERITAS Software, where he oversaw overall product strategy for Windows targeted solutions.
He also was a general manager in the Windows 2000 group at Microsoft, one of the many product-management and sales positions he held during his nine-year career with the company. Before joining Microsoft, he held positions as a software engineer and engineering manager building trader workstation and retail-brokerage delivery systems, first at an IBM/Merrill Lynch joint venture (IMNET), then at FD Consulting.
Frank attended Polytechnic Institute of New York as a Board of Trustees Scholar where he studied electrical engineering and computer science.
