To ensure that our enterprise customers are successful, we include built-in customer success services with our enterprise subscription agreement.

SnapLogic Customer Success

Your Customer Success Manager will deliver a personalized SnapLogic on-boarding experience and work with our Professional Services and Certified Partners to ensure a smooth hand-off as you determine which offering is right for your organization. Here are some of the customer success services that SnapLogic offers:

  • Customer Kickoff Meeting: Make sure we have a clear understanding of your cloud and big data integration objectives as you build a plan to go-live with the SnapLogic Elastic Integration Platform.
  • Org and Snaps Provisioning: SnapLogic’s iPaaS is a multi-tenant cloud service with an elastic execution engine that can run in the cloud, on the ground or natively on Hadoop. With 300+ Snaps, we want to ensure you have what you need to connect faster.
  • 2 Days of Basic Training: Learn more about all of our training offerings here.
  • 12 Health Checks / year: Be sure to ask your CSM about the health check program and take advantage of these meetings.
  • Best Practices Sharing: There are many advanced features of the SnapLogic platform. Your CSM will point you to specific documentation and the community forum to ensure you’re successful every step of the way.
  • Escalations: Your CSM will work with the customer support team to ensure you’re getting what you need when you need it.
