Last night we had a great time mingling with Zuora users and partners at the Zuora Subscribed Roadshow in Atlanta, where there was lots of conversation about the “subscription economy.?” It was interesting to hear from all kinds of companies about the advances they’re making in speeding up subscription billing processes and proactively managing revenue. We talked with folks about quite a few areas in which enterprise cloud integration can facilitate these efforts.
For example, we?ve worked with a large media conglomerate to integrate Zuora with their Global Connect system, which improves the process of validating bank transactions and keeping all their customer account records and payment methods updated. Another great way to use Zuora is highlighted in the following demo video, which shows how easy it is for SnapLogic to sync customer data stored in Zuora with both Salesforce.com and Birst for BI analytics. This helps companies gain valuable insights from their billing data, such as which regions are gaining new accounts most quickly. With this integration, companies can also get invoice information into Zuora on the fly from Salesforce.
