The Role:

SnapLogic Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a highly talented Technical Advisory Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the business by leading the program management for strategic account planning for expansion in key accounts. Reporting to the VP, Global Enterprise Architecture, this role will program manage all related planning activities focused on expanding existing strategic accounts into large SnapLogic deployments. The right candidate will possess strong program management, product management experience, technical, leadership, analytical, and drive for results rigor – as well as have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization both internally and externally. In addition, this person will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex product launches and expansion initiatives, with focus on growing the business and measuring success through unit goals/revenue targets. The role requires you to be a results-based problem solver who wants to bring a strategic mindset and structured approach to executing programs to influence growth through Architecture practice within strategic accounts. This team is composed of techno-functional subject matter experts who can collaborate with business partners to define problems, identify the right tool(s) to address these issues, and design and implement the appropriate solutions to drive the business forward.
This role is remote, with up to 30% travel required. Preference for candidates located in Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do:

  • Reporting to the VP, Enterprise Architecture, this role will program manage all related technical and strategy planning activities focused on expanding existing customer footprint in global strategic accounts
  • The right candidate will possess strong program management, leadership, analytical, and drive for results rigor – as well as have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization both internally and with customers
  • Listen to customer concerns and act as an advocate within SnapLogic to drive for resolution
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, to articulate customer value requirements to drive product adoption and growth on a global level
  • Drive strategic alignment across planning and execution of initiatives that support the expansion of existing strategic accounts as part of Technical Advisory program within Enterprise Architecture group
  • Manage the information product focused on publishing white papers and best practices for leveraging the SnapLogic platform
  • Plan and execute strategic expansion planning rhythm of key business initiatives and key meetings that drive strategic alignment and execution excellence with cross-functional teams
  • Create and manage team launch schedules and checklists as part of a unified market expansion timeline
  • Partner across teams to ensure readiness for critical milestones & dependency requirements are met on time/on budget
  • Be the primary point of contact for GTM teams and customer communications across all levels of the organization internally and externally
  • Seek out data and deliver business insights/key learnings to help influence the path forward
  • Provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of the business
  • Track and report expansion status updates and continuously update timelines when changes occur, and proactively communicate to ensure cross team alignment
  • Drive contingency planning, priority negotiation, creative problem solving, and escalations as needed
  • Identify risks to account expansion, perform necessary due diligence, update plan of record documents, and socialize changes to stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)
  • Knowledge of the IPaaS Markets and the SaaS industry trends, market conditions, and/or competitive landscape
  • 8+ years experience of driving successful, complex consumer product launch or market expansion initiatives to achieve business growth
  • Proven track record driving clear communications, work across cultures, and influence stakeholders without authority
  • Experience leading business strategy, sales planning, product planning, and/or process optimization for large matrixes organizations
  • Experience managing workload within fast-paced time frame

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale
  • Proven capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external sources
  • MBA/Master Degree in a related field
$150,000 - $160,000 a year
The above range is the approximate annual U.S. base pay range for this position. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed. In addition to base salaries, certain roles are also eligible for annual cash bonuses or commissions. All of our full time employees get stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
