Gaurav was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Informatica Corporation, (Nasdaq; INFA) a silicon valley company that he co-founded in 1992. As its first employee, and CEO for over 12 years, he led Informatica from the time when it was just a startup idea, all the way into a leading software enterprise with customers and operations around the globe. He led Informatica through its initial launch, its successful IPO in April of 1999, expansion into Europe and Asia, establishment of alliances with major technology players and ultimately a broad acceptance of the vision he pioneered in the software industry. Prior to Informatica he held management and engineering positions at Sterling Software and Unisys Corp.
Chris joined SnapLogic shortly after it was formed and is responsible for strategic direction as well as daily operations and execution. Chris has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing and marketing hardware and software systems.
Prior to SnapLogic, Chris was an investor and advisor to several start-ups, as well as the Founder and CEO of Resonate, a pioneer of Internet infrastructure for server load balancing. Resonate went public in 2000 and was sold in 2003. Prior to Resonate, Chris held a variety of senior development and product management roles. Chris holds a BS/EECS from Columbia, a MS/EECS from Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford.
Mike started SnapLogic with Gaurav with the goal of simplifying data integration through a fundamentally new approach.
Mike has worked in the data analysis and data integration space for the past 12 years. He built his first financial data mart in 1996, and later worked on pool selection analysis for the asset-backed securitization industry. Mike joined Informatica in 1997, where he worked on product advocacy and developed the support infrastructure for the Global Support Organization, which used a mixture of commercial and Open Source software to enable collaboration and resource sharing across five distributed support centers. Before Informatica, Mike worked in the high performance computer industry, optimizing Fortran and C programs for massively parallel computers. Mike graduated from the Sligo Institute of Technology in 1983.
Patrick leads the engineering team at SnapLogic. Prior to joining SnapLogic, Patrick spent 16 years at Oracle Corporation where he was the Sr. Development Manager of the Parallel SQL Execution and DML group and led the core team responsible for designing and developing innovative and scalable Oracle RDBMS data processing features.
Patrick was also part of Oracle's Network Computer subsidiary where he developing server infrastructure for thin-client network computer architectures. He began his career with Oracle in 1991 and dedicated his first six years working in the Oracle Unix Product Line division customizing Oracle for high-end SMP and MPP servers. He holds an AB in Computer Science from Brown University.
John is responsible for SnapLogic's marketing strategies and programs. John previously served as vice president of marketing for WildPackets, a leading provider of solutions for analyzing networks and application performance. Before WildPackets, he served as vice president of marketing for Kenai Systems, a provider of vulnerability assessment solutions for Web services. Kenai was sold to Forum Systems. John has also worked at Tumbleweed Communications, a provider of secure messaging solutions, and nCUBE, a company whose massively parallel computing platform broke benchmark records for database performance. John holds a BA in English from Pomona College.
