A visionary is defined as: a vendor that demonstrates a strong understanding of emerging technology and business trends, with a focus on futuristic capabilities and go-to-market Strategies. And we at SnapLogic couldn’t be prouder of being recognized by Gartner for our product, customers and growth this past year, in the DI MQ. Thank you to all the Gartner analysts and supporting functions that worked so hard on this year’s Magic Quadrant.

Thats it, thats the important news of the day in this blog, and if you want to read more about why we are in this rarified visionary quadrant,  you can download the report for free.

Now, if you are thirsty for more information, read on!

I wanted to share some of my takeaways from this year’s report as there’s been a lot of recent changes to this established market.

We all know that companies need to be more nimble and make more informed decisions to act more quickly. Many companies accomplish this by connecting more apps and data than ever before.

Some companies do this by building centers-of-excellence that can connect everything at all costs but uses multiple products to do so and then becomes too costly to operate. Others push integration out of IT and into the hands of end users with simple (yet countless) recipes that result in pipeline sprawl, redundancy, and are unable to scale beyond a handful of point-to-point integrations. Either approach quickly becomes bothersome, invaluable.

That’s why I’m especially excited that Gartner this year recognized our unique approach of solving these two drastically different problems: Gartner credits SnapLogic for delivering an easy to use, yet highly scalable unified platform, that utilizes the most sophisticated AI to automatically stitch this new integration fabric together.

That could be a contributing factor why SnapLogic is the only iPaaS vendor to be in both the iPaaS and Data Integration Magic Quadrants – a Visionary in both – which lends to the breadth and depth of the platform.

We hear a lot from analysts that thinking of one platform to solve data integration, application integration, APIM and more, is forward thinking and many customers are trying to solve for initially. And we understand that. We push hard to help meet customer needs with their initial use cases, but we are also unapologetic that we will keep pushing our platform developments to help not just DI, but help solve as many customer problems as we can. Thats where you get more value and ROI for being a customer.

Please give it a read, ask me any questions, and can always try SnapLogic for free and see for yourself.
