SOAP Snap

The SOAP Snap enables users to call a SOAP endpoint using the incoming data and write a SOAP response.


Key Features of the SOAP Snap

The SOAP Snap enables you to call a SOAP endpoint using the incoming data and write a SOAP response, including the following:

  • Expected downstream Snaps: The Snap will output one document for every SOAP response, hence any document processing Snap can be used downstream
  • Expected upstream Snaps: References in the generated envelope can be mapped using a Mapper or Structure Snap
  • Expected input: Document that conforms to the input view schema of the Snap
  • Expected output: Document which represents the SOAP response

With the SOAP Execute Snap, you can request data from a specified endpoint and retrieve data and schema from the response.
