Update from SnapLogic’s CEO, Gaurav Dhillon | March 19, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic is causing global impact to businesses, communities and families. At SnapLogic, we are taking all necessary steps to reduce the spread of the coronavirus and ensure the safety, health and well-being of everyone in our community.

As a company, we have moved quickly to adjust to this unprecedented set of circumstances, and we rapidly transitioned to a remote work model. With each stage of developments, the best preparations have been made for a potentially long duration of remote work.

Thankfully, we live in a time where digital technologies abound and we have many employees already working remotely across the globe. Despite these more recent changes, we are fully prepared for SnapLogic services to continue to run smoothly – from platform performance to customer support accessibility and beyond. We are well-equipped to operate as usual and remain fully available via phone, email, and web services. You can reference our business continuity statement here.

For increased customer outreach and education, we will develop more virtual events, digital content and other communications relevant to our customers. Furthermore, our community site remains an excellent source of engagement and participation. You can access the SnapLogic Community here.

Please reach out to anyone on the SnapLogic team if you have questions or concerns during this time. Integrity to our customers is a core company value and we are committed to running our services smoothly while maintaining the highest level of support. The best way to reach us is through our Support Center.

We are closely monitoring information from the CDC and World Health Organization, and we will communicate any future changes to our operations or business priorities. This situation is an unwelcome but encouraging reminder of the innovation, collaboration, and flexibility that is so prevalent in our work today and we appreciate the continued partnership.

We feel for anyone who’s been impacted either directly or indirectly by this pandemic. This uncertain time is a test of human patience and resilience, and we look forward to updates, improvements and warm weather.

During this difficult time of uncertainty, we at SnapLogic are closely monitoring the development of the COVID-19 outbreak and are taking all precautionary measures to help keep our employees, customers, partners, and communities as healthy and safe as possible. SnapLogic has activated its Business Continuity Plan to ensure that there is no disruption to our business operations or the delivery of services due to COVID-19.

SnapLogic’s Product and Services Operations Will Operate As Usual

SnapLogic’s products, systems, and services are designed in a manner that allows remote operations with minimal interruptions. SnapLogic is hosted on AWS, which ensures continued availability of all cloud-based services during any emergency, including this pandemic. AWS’s pandemic response can be found here

SnapLogic follows industry-best standards for cloud operations and development operations, including practices for high availability, fault tolerance, and provisioning. Our business continuity practices are validated by industry-leading certifications, such as SOC1, SOC2, and HIPAA.

SnapLogic staff responsible for maintaining access to our systems, support, and implementations as well as maintaining the operations of SnapLogic’s products and services have remote access to all operational systems, if required, to continue full daily operations without disruption.

Our support staff is distributed across multiple global regions and is available to our customers 24×7. We continue to update our employment guidelines and policies and work closely with our support leadership and staff to ensure appropriate coverage.

Employee Safety

SnapLogic prioritizes employee safety above all else and has asked all employees to work from home until further notice. We’ve ensured that our employees have all the necessary tools to be able to work remotely to avoid any business interruption. We’re providing regular updates to all employees and following all applicable guidelines from the World Health Organization, the Center for Disease Control, as well as the California Department of Public Health and local health departments regarding this pandemic.

SnapLogic will continue to monitor the development of this pandemic and will update this page with any new information, as necessary.
