Zach is the Owner and Principal at integrations and consulting company Eljun LLC, a SpaceX alumnus, US Army veteran, MBA, and PMP. While at SpaceX, he created a team of software engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and HRIS analysts to overhaul the HR and Shared Services while saving millions of dollars for the company. Zach now provides similar services to clients through his consulting business with a focus on technical debt reduction, automation, and digital transformation by bridging the divide between business units, IT, technology, and people.
Head of Business Development, Eljun LLC
Jay is head of Business Development at integrations and consulting company Eljun LLC. With over a decade of experience in the software industry, most recently in cloud based communication and integrations, Jay now provides HR-Centric services to clients through Eljun LLC with a focus on technical debt reduction, automation, and digital transformation by bridging the divide between business units, IT, technology, and people.
Enterprise Solutions Architect, SnapLogic
Rich Dill is an Enterprise Solutions Architect at SnapLogic. A software professional with experience cutting broadly across multiple areas of specialization including multi-platform enterprise software, distributed systems, hybrid and cloud solutions. He is responsible for technical sales and post sales consulting for global strategic partners and major accounts at SnapLogic. Current research initiatives include Data Lakes, Multi-Cloud, Machine Learning and IoT. He is also a mentor for junior staff as well as providing training and consulting for partners and customers.
