Key Features of the File Operation Snap
The File Operation Snap is a Write Snap that allows users to improve their performance when building out pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) transformations and data flows. The File Operation Snap helps move, copy, and/or rename a file from a source to a target in the same server.
Below is an example of the configured File Operation Snap where a CSV file is copied from a source to a target.
Build your integrations faster by leveraging patterns in the SnapLogic community for the File Operation Snap. You can use this Snap to connect to cloud storage such as Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage. See Amazon S3 Patterns here.
